Lilypad Legends is a digital trading card collection game integrated with Twitch. Users can:

• Collect digital trading cards through Twitch channel interactions (subs, channel points, gifted subs)
• Build and organise card binders
• Trade cards with other users
• Compete on leaderboards and unlock achievements

3. Accounts & Authentication

Lilypad Legends uses Twitch OAuth for authentication. By linking your Twitch account you grant us access to your basic Twitch profile information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features for personal gain
• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheats to gain cards or advantages
• Attempt to sell, transfer, or exchange cards for real money outside the platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent account bans or restrictions
• Engage in fraudulent transactions

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All card artwork, game assets, branding, and content are the property of Lilypad Legends or their respective creators. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

7. Trading Between Users

Lilypad Legends facilitates card trading between users. All trades are final once accepted by both parties. We are not liable for trades entered into voluntarily. Trades must only occur through the official in-platform trading system.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Lilypad Legends online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modify features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to your card collection may be revoked.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lilypad Legends is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that virtual items will retain any particular value.
